Greenhouses

  • Siebring soil pasteurizer
  • Pro-Grow ½-yard capacity electric soil pasteurizer
  • Greenhouse Day time
  • Autoclave
  • Computer controls, monitoring, and alarms for 24 of the 30 greenhouses
    • Automated shade curtain, energy curtain, heating, cooling, power outlet
    • Infrastructure for automated supplemental growth lighting
    • Spare computer control inputs and outputs for research-specific modifications
    • Automatic backup generators for cooling and heating for 29 of the 30 greenhouses

Postharvest

  • Electronic fruit sizer and color sorter
  • Postharvest treater
  • 2 gas mixing boards and associated gas cylinders and manifolds
  • 8 controlled atmosphere tank capable walk-in rooms
  • 18 computer controlled, monitored and alarmed controlled temperature and relative humidity walk-in chambers
  • 4 computer controlled, monitored and alarmed controlled temperature reach-in boxes
  • Automatic backup generators for the chambers and some of the labs
  • Gas analysis room
  • Minolta CR 200
